Joomla 3.6.2 was created by kamshaft

When I install the add-on. The map area (display) itself has an error within it. I can click on "Locate", but on the next page, and get a few errors.

I have the same problem - map doesn't show :/
on my tested page it works, when I move it to another page the error in display map winodw shows

Here are examples:
map works
pzits.it-chorzow.kylos.pl/index.php/kontakt

map doesn't work
pzits.com.pl/PZITS/index.php/kontakt

page is exactly the same

help, pliz

Since june, Google map has need a key.
I'm in holidays until the weekend.

I don't understand why it works on one page and it doesn't work on another :/
